If I could give no stars, I would. Sold my 2013 Highlander to get away from dealing with Maita. Worst consumer experience of my life. For 2 years EVERY one of my regularly scheduled maintenance visits resulted in damage to my vehicle, broken trim pieces, grease stains on leather interior and dash, DENTS to the vehicle!
