Henry at the parts desk, is Subaru’s most valuable asset. Their cars and engines are whatever, if you’re okay with constantly dealing with oil loss or consumption, head gaskets and cam carriers. Then come to the Roseville Subaru Automall.
Fast and courteous service with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The service center continues to provide a great experience! I purchased my outback from another dealership, but take it to Maita for maintenance since it's the closest dealership to Woodland. After 78,000 miles, not once have they tried to upsell service that isn't on the maintenance schedule. Prices are within reason and work is done fairly quickly, even if I don't have an appointment. I've worked most with Jacob Morgan who has always been helpful and pleasant to work with! Keep up the good work!
Its been a journey... however, I am extremely pleased with everyone I interacted with at Maita Subaru. Keep up the good work! If anyone is reading this review, I believe that if you are looking for a great place to buy a car, and want to be reassured that you will be taken care of, this is the spot.
