I worked with Sherri Wicksten to get my Mother-in-law into a new Crosstrek. I'm in Washington State so I did the negotiations with Sherri and my MIL went in for the test drive, doc signing and pickup. My MIL is a pain in the ass and not the sharpest tack on the board so Sherri earned every bit of the 5 stars I'm giving. I would not hesitate to go to her again.
