Ron Elliott had made a Honda on Auburn boulevard is a good guy really great tempered personality easy to work with I really like him a lot. Got my car in and out and good time very very smooth experience overall. I bought the car in Roseville but I went to Auburn for service because it's close to my house. I give these guys five stars for sure
Christian in service always does an amazing job! I have a Mazda dealership 25 mins from me but I rather drive the extra 15-20 mins to come here because of the customer service. Christian does great communicating while my car is in service especially if it takes a few days. He always addresses all my concerns and goes above and beyond! I will always recommend their service department.
Excellent service department with professional, friendly staff, and great communication throughout the entire repair process. Mr. Elliot was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and kept me fully informed about the work being done. Although the repairs were a bit costly due to major high-mileage service needs, Maita Mazda's customer service was truly outstanding.
Got review on what was done to the car, very pleased, and amazed with service!
