We called in March 8th to make an appointment for regular car maintenance at 11:00 on May 3. As a result, when we drove the car in for maintenance on May 3, the staff told us that there was no appointment information for our car maintenance. The staff also asked us if we had received a confirmation email for the maintenance appointment, but we had never received a confirmation email for the maintenance appointment several times before. I don’t mind waiting for an oil change here. Takes about an hour and the lounge is really nice. Stocked with snacks, a fancy latte machine, and wifi. Always clean and professional.

Im a new Mazda owner and have been coming to this location since purchasing my vehicle they have a great waiting lobby and can have great customer service if you only deal with the 2 Male advisors(Christian&Jacob) at the service department but there’s one Ms.Quesada, who has bad customer service,does not go beyond for customers and is slow I would highly suggest avoiding her! Came in for an auto recall appointment, was promised car would only take 30 mins and it came close to at least 5 hours of waiting time. Luckily I had a laptop to keep me busy but really didn’t like how I had to check in multiple times over the status of my car when it should have only taken less than an hour to do. Could be a miscommunication error with the auto-mechanics or service worker especially since I had an early time appointment. But I wouldn’t want to come here again, sorry.
