Christian in service always does an amazing job! I have a Mazda dealership 25 mins from me but I rather drive the extra 15-20 mins to come here because of the customer service. Christian does great communicating while my car is in service especially if it takes a few days. He always addresses all my concerns and goes above and beyond! I will always recommend their service department.
Excellent service department with professional, friendly staff, and great communication throughout the entire repair process. Mr. Elliot was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and kept me fully informed about the work being done. Although the repairs were a bit costly due to major high-mileage service needs, Maita Mazda's customer service was truly outstanding.

We called in March 8th to make an appointment for regular car maintenance at 11:00 on May 3. As a result, when we drove the car in for maintenance on May 3, the staff told us that there was no appointment information for our car maintenance. The staff also asked us if we had received a confirmation email for the maintenance appointment, but we had never received a confirmation email for the maintenance appointment several times before. I don’t mind waiting for an oil change here. Takes about an hour and the lounge is really nice. Stocked with snacks, a fancy latte machine, and wifi. Always clean and professional.
