While I didn't need full time care - just a couple of hours per day, the ladies from Maisey Care were marvellous. There was nothing they would not do for me, carrying things up and down the stairs, beautifully making my bed, giving me the confidence to not only have a shower but also to start doing so on my own. They helped me to walk outside for the first time in 7 weeks! And even walked the dogs for me. They were all so charming and cheerful and I enormously enjoyed their company. Blessing and the care team from Maisy Care provided palliative care then end of life care for our mum. Mum was well looked after, each time the carers visited mum would be left feeling calm and looking very comfortable. They would go above and beyond for our mum and for the family, it felt like the carers were looking after all of us, the management and carers were amazing, thank you to everyone who looked after mum

I was supposed to have a person from that company to come out for assessment today. I waited over an hour a no call no show. So on that I don't recommend this place at all!! We are talking about elderly care after all.
