J’avais besoin d’un réparateur responsable pour ma laveuse à linge. Le service a la cliente de LG me propose 3 noms. Le premier n’est qu’un service téléphonique qui n’a jamais daigné retourner mes 3 messages. Le second OXEBO me facture la visite mais ne respecte pas son RDV. Il m’offre un second RDV mais lorsque je veux annuler il veut facturer des frais d’annulation malgré qu’il n’a pas respecter son premier RDV.
