Bought a quartz countertop for an island. They stood us up 3 times (= 3 days home from work) for the installation. Did not return calls to ask what was going on. Finally chased someone down and heard that hey no longer have the 3cms slab we paid for, said they put a special edge on the 2cm slab to match it to the rest of the countertop in the kitchen. The moment we walked in we were wowed by the showroom, it is more like a art gallery. You can see the piece you are buying and not a sample. Kamal went above and beyond to do our backsplash with a left over piece they had in the cutting room. Measurements were taken on Friday and installed on Wednesday. Not many places offer this fast and efficient service. Installation took about 1:15 and everything is perfection . Highly recommend A+++
