Bought a quartz countertop for an island. They stood us up 3 times (= 3 days home from work) for the installation. Did not return calls to ask what was going on. Finally chased someone down and heard that hey no longer have the 3cms slab we paid for, said they put a special edge on the 2cm slab to match it to the rest of the countertop in the kitchen. They couldn't come yesterday to install (4th day missed from work), re-scheduled installation to today. The poor sub-contracter installer showed up with a 2 cm slab with no spe... read more
