I have been waiting to write this for four years now. Maison Properties is quite literally the worst option you could possibly go for. During our four year stay with them, not by choice mind you, but because we could not find anything sooner, they broke our lease a number of times. NO ACCOUNTABILITY EVEN IN THEIR RESPONSE! YOUR ONE MESSAGE THIS MORNING DOESN'T COUNT AS LISTENING! First, read each negative review. Watch as Cheryl shifts blame and deflects accountability to residents on any reported matter here. They also have a demonstrated history of lying and gaslighting residents, and are hostile at every opportunity. I wouldn’t be surprised if many of the good reviews are paid by Maison.
