This is like the fourth time garbage hasn’t been picked up on the scheduled day, which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t have only two bins for five units. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Cheaper rent, cheaper upkeep. Maintenance staff is nice, though. I just wish the trash company they pay for would actually do their job.

Lived in my apartment for 3 years. One of the best apartments I’ve had (and I’ve had several). The management team is responsive and any issues I’ve had they resolved quickly. Also, they’re not overbearing as some managers can be. That was appreciated.

Rent raises every year even though there are never any updates made to the properties. The office manager Cheryl is rude and unpleasant to work with. The heat went out every single December across different units. If you have a violent and aggressive neighbor they dont care about the right to safety in the lease and will not help you. Overall the apartments themselves are fine but dealing with this management company is almost always a hassle.
