After touring a few other places, I was really impressed with Maison Green. The building itself is elegant and modern, and the apartments have a high-end feel with really nice finishes. I inquired about an affordable studio listed @ the Maison Green Apartments located in Edina MN. Turns out Maison Green is using the “affordable unit” as a bait and switch tactic to draw renters to pay their higher rental rates running $1700 and higher. Abby the rental agent, verbally fought with me as to why I no longer qualify for the affordable unit, when I did qualify at the beginning of our conversation. Can’t say enough about our experience with Patrick and the team at Maison Green in Edina! Not only is the building beautiful, safe and immaculately cared for, we also felt so welcome from the very first tour. Plus, the wide array of services and common space available are amazing!
Such a gorgeous space and so many options for modern living. Patrick and Abby have done an amazing job showcasing the building and leading us as we navigate next steps. Love the benefit of away from home care! Fantastic for empty nesters, business executives, travelers.
