My stylist was sick and called in, my appointment was cancelled which is fine I totally understand. Although, the receptionist called me at 9:30 to reschedule and I didn’t answer (life gets busy people!) I called back around 2pm. Victoria was great! Such a hard worker. I love my hair 🤍 Her suggestions were on point. + Super personable. I have always had a great experience here. 5 stars all day!!
The receptionist named Sarah was extremely rude and unprofessional - she was rushing my stylist and said I had to pay extra for a blow dry (not even style just a blow dry) I didn’t know Maison Fritz let their clients walk out with wet hair? I’ve never had this experience before I was originally in because my stylist had to correct an error they made and was told I had to walk out with wet hair by Sarah.
