Have been a customer of this flower shop around a year, such a lovely team and great service. Carolyn; the manager is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.
My partner ordered flowers here to propose to me. Yuki who was in charge was professional and the bouquet was very beautiful, and the color of the bouquet was just what I liked. I often take my dog by the shop in the morning, and everyone who works there is so friendly. That makes my day start pleasantly.
I went in to Maison Fleur yesterday in the Gasworks store, Mereana was in there, dark short hair, she was super rude, everything I asked for I wasn’t even finishing my question she was cutting me off she wrote me a wrong email address to send my enquiry to thinking she is being smart but I sorted the email out myself. Her customer service and knowledge is 0 . Maison fleur deserves much better staff in there . Never going there again
