The manager, Yuki, has been absolutely fantastic with our recent maternity and birthday flower orders. Yuki was so attentive to our needs and put so much effort into acquiring the specific flowers we wanted. She communicated very promptly and clearly via email and was really happy to help with ideas for different flowers, colours and styles. The flowers were in perfect condition and ready to go when we needed them. Thanks again Yuki! :)
I have bought plants and flowers from this shop. Every interaction that I have had with the staff has been polite and super helpful! I would highly recommend. The last lot of flowers that I ordered were delivered to my Mum for her Bday. They were of such high quality and Mum absolutely loved them.

Update I was contacted by Maison Fluer with regards to my review. They kindly offered to replace my rose. My new rose is 11 days old now and going well. Seems even flowers can have off days too. My high opinion has been restored. Very disappointed. I love this store - it looks like an art gallery when you walk in and I have always had good experiences in the past, however, this week I went on Tuesday and purchased a single rose for myself, by Friday it was starting to give up the ghost.
