BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! David Lanxner, the owner spoke to me today. He was assuring me he’d reach out to Amazon to resolve the issue of the unapproved charge to my account before the end of the day. No quite unfortunately. Back story: We purchased at wonderfold w4. I ordered an item as a gift for a child's birthday. On Feb. 26 they sent me an email saying, "Your order is on the way" that provided a tracking number. Twelve days later, on March 10, they sent me email saying that the order was out of stock because of an inventory error. I totally understand that inventory errors happen -- I run my own small business that ships items. I even recognize that many systems generate the "item has been shipped" email as soon as you print the mailing label. But it should not take 12 days AFTER yo... read more

I ordered an item from them on Amazon. The order was placed on 8/2 and was estimated to arrive between 8/13-23. The very next day, the item was marked as “shipped” and a UPS tracking number was provided. Weeks went by and the tracking information never updated beyond that the shipping label was created. On 8/11 I reached out and asked for an update and received a canned response that their stock of the item in question “will start shipping out at the end of this week and through the beginning of next week”.
