The service is amazing, the staff are attentive, everyone is kind and caring - eager to help you get your desired results. Do not get invisalign at this dentist! I cannot put into words how much I wish someone had written a true review of this dental practice before I trusted them with my teeth. I was told my Invisalign treatment would take 9 months and 2 and a half years later here I am. Invisalign requires a dentist to assess the scans and ensure your bite it's right but I went though countless scans and trays because Dr Alex was unable to get my bite right and my teeth do not meet properly now. Following a bad experience with another dentist I attended Maison Dental in Horsforth. They solved my problem in a courteous, efficient and unpatronising way. All the team were excellent. I later decided to have my teeth straightened here using the Invisalign process. There was never a hard sell. Prices were clear. Dr Steven Riddle took me through the stages. Alexandra road is by far the best dentist I've ever been too. I felt like my options where explained in great detail, my teeth were done to perfection. All the staff are really friendly and professional. Thank you Dr Steven you are the best!
