Honestly for the price, I expected better. The overall reception and customer service was lacking. The hair wash was mediocre, only shampooed my hair once and felt like they were barely touching my hair/scalp before they were washing it off. I didn’t even get an introduction or hi from my hair stylist before she asked me what I wanted. The haircut itself was fine, nothing special. Halley was amazing! She took the time to recommend what would work best for my face shape & made me feel completely comfortable trusting her expertise. I let her do her thing and I absolutely love the results! I would definitely book w her again in the future.
Jane is the best! Clean with the scissors and has very good attention to detail. She takes her time and makes the sessions worth while.
A few years ago, I came across a guy with really nice hair and asked him where he got it done - he said Jane at Maison de Mi. After my first perm, I never looked back. Jane is one of the best and always delivers. I will say the haircuts are a little pricey, but you get your hair washed (and head massaged) twice, and a well thought out haircut. I always leave feeling like it's totally worth it.
