Amazing gowns
I had an appointment here and it was such a wonderful experience !! Grace was very patient and gave me exactly what I wanted ! 10/10 experience!
We called ahead to ask if it’s okay to just come and browse and if I found something I’ll come and book an appointment to try on the person on the phone said that was fine well when we arrived and we told them we were just gonna look around right off the back I already had gotten dirty looks from all the employees I feel like if I wasn’t Hispanic I would have gotten treated better by far the worst place to come to look for dresses and I will let people know to not come here due to poor customer service!!
I just got married in June and am SO glad I chose Maison Chic for my dress. The sweet sweet associate who handled my appointment was a SAINT. Poor girl helped me try on 20+ dresses/gowns before I finally nailed my perfect dress and veils (yes I had 2). Everyone at the boutique is so so sweet and I recommend them to everyone I know! They kept me updated 100% of the time after ordering my dress. Let me know exactly when and we’re so patient through all my questions/checking in I did. Thank you again ladies!❤️
