Amaizing people works at Birks Square One location. Yoon and Connie made my shopping experience there "wow". Being very accommodating, patient and welcoming they gave me space and time to think, but made themselfs available to answer all my questions, check online stock, prices and explain the differences and found solution that worked. I have no idea who the lady name was totally unprofessional custome service, she got upset because I ordered my watch from online instead of buying from the store. I normally buy from Knar Jewellery highly recommended sooo nice people and the best service. This is why I dont normally buy from Maison Birks.
I have always been finding going into a jewelry store a little bit intimidating, but I never have to feel that way at Maison Birks Mississauga. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions with patience, making me feel like a valued customer. I must highlight Connie's exceptional customer service skills.
