I had an excellent experience at Birks. This is where we purchased my wedding ring, and the level of customer care throughout the process was exceptional. The team was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. More recently, they also helped size my watch with incredible care and precision. I had a wonderful experience with Maison Birks, Rideau location in Ottawa, and particularly with Tannaz, an amazing sales associate. I was looking for a particular colour of gemstone, and as all natural stones are varied in hue, it was challenging. Really disappointing experience at Birks today. I walked in looking for a specific watch they used to carry back when they were attached to Cartier. The man working completely ignored me as I walked in, so I approached another employee to ask about it. The woman helping me gave me a long up-and-down look before even answering my question.
