The customer service is terrible. They don’t hold their delivery service accountable, the employees are arrogant, rude and don’t attempt to fix problems. Almost giving an air that it’s up to the customer to resolve an issue that they caused. The entire team at Greenfield park needs a level set on what a proper customer experience should be. They caused me unnecessary stress during a time that I should be focused on my healing and convalescence.
