Our family member is a resident here and they really do take good care. We brought him to The Arbors of Stow-Maison Aine two months ago. They certainly go the extra mile when it comes to keeping the family informed. They make personal calls all the time, keeping us up to date on every thing regarding the care and their observations of our loved one.
It's a very nice facility, I only wish that we could take abandoned homes and fill them with Alzheimer's and Dementia patient's... :(
I called this place on a Tuesday, two days before I had major back surgery and they worked to expedite admitting my mother. Since she has severe dementia, and due to my long recovery time, I was not going to be able to care for her any longer. The facility is very clean, they staff friendly and well-trained - they even ask about my back when I visit. They gave excellent care to my father. Communication with the family was top rate. Everyone sincerely cared.
Mom's been there for 2 1/2 years. She was in 3 other places prior. Wonderful care, kind staff.
