The staff is welcoming, kind and very available to meet the needs of the person at the end of life. There are several services offered for residents and caregivers (cafeteria, library, massage, chaplain, psychological support). Warm, clean and quiet place. Room well isolated from noise. The rooms are large and well appointed. There is the possibility of sleeping in the bedroom using the sofa bed.
The way Baueny treats patients and patients' families is appalling. It's truly inhumane. She really should change her vocation.
My mother Chantal had the best care. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, your support and your care, my mother left peacefully ❤️
The support, listening, empathy and support of the members of the house team is more than exceptional. They are passionate and dedicated people, both towards residents and family members. My mother's visit to this establishment brought us sweetness and comfort until the very end. A dignified and gentle end of life… living up to what everyone can hope for.
