Front desk associates will berate you in front of other customers. It’s one thing to remind someone the safety aspect of maintenance, “Have a good day, stupid” is not how you speak to customers.
I went here on the recommendation of a friend a few weeks ago. Their prices are not especially competitive, I wish I had shopped around first. They also blatantly ignored what I asked: don't do anything until you give me a quote. And what do they do? They do things to my car without giving me a quote, then add them to my bill. I brought this up nicely at the end but the receptionist did not care about my concerns.
