If I could give it no stars I would. I went in today and I told her(Ilene) I just need my brows trimmed a little and cleaned up. I told her that more than once. When she was done I glanced at them and paid her. Once I got in my car I noticed that one brow looked really blotchy and over plucked. I went back in and I told her what was going on and that I needed it fixed and all she kept saying was “I didn’t go near the brow, I didn’t touch it” well obviously she did because my brows weren’t like that when I went in.
