Have been a customer for over 10 years. We quit going to the office with our dogs after poor overall service about 5 years ago but have continued to have Dr. Mairs come to our horse farm. He was just out last month and received the bill today. Prices jumped up double. The worst part he has a helper now and she can't even say hello and total lack of interaction.
