MainVue was attentative and efficient when selling the house, but once you move in, the service completely drops off. They’ve been extremely unresponsive to 12-month home warranty requests, making it frustrating to get even basic items addressed. It feels like they focus on selling homes, but put little effort into supporting homeowners after the sale. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting MainVue to come and fix the issues…

Not very friendly or welcoming, should have been open but everything was locked up and no one was there. Close road, just wanted to walk and see or even maybe check out the inside but yeah nobody was here and was all locked up. Oh well
