Not a fan...too close ...not great quality.
This community is a few years old & they are not the same homes as the newer Mainvue which I think are above other builders with more upgrades included and great back patios that appear to continue the main home to the out doors. Keep in mind 1 thing in agreement with the oter builders is thier GREED. Homes are way over priced even thou a are very nice. The rating is for older homes which are more or less the same as others of the time.
