MainVue was only attentive and efficient when selling the house, but once you move in, the service completely drops off. They’ve been extremely unresponsive to 12-month home warranty requests, making it frustrating to get even basic items addressed. It feels like they focus on selling homes, but put little effort into supporting homeowners after the sale. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting to get my 12 months warranty items to get fixed…
Poorest built homes I've seen built in quite a while, 250k homes sold for 850k. Buyers don't realize or understand what quality craftsmanship is,So they don't understand how much they're really getting taken advantage of. Track shack homes! PERIOD.
