Ok. Normal new housing development.
In my opinion this is the only builder in the sound who has homes that stand out compared to others. Of course you will pay for this at a rate that still leads to greed. The floor plans are different and the way the rear deck ( patio ) is designed to become a continuation of the home is very nice.
Have a friend that lives there, very nice home's and great views.
