This company did an amazing job. Not only did they build a fabulous custom shed but also took great care in protecting my brand new landscaping. They cleaned up daily and communicated consistently throughout the design and installation process. This was the best experience I’ve had with a contractor in a long time.
I had an old 8x12 shed that I wanted to replace with a new 12x14 one, so I got in touch with Tom at Mainus Construction to explain what I had in mind. Tom connected me with Perron Contracting to handle the site prep, and Hunter Perron did an excellent job getting the area ready—all at a very reasonable price. We recently suffered some storm damage that involved a large ash tree falling through our back fence which took out our old shed. My wife and I were convinced that we did not want a big box quality replacement shed but rather built to order quality construction. Great experience with Tom. Had an older shed that needed to move about 200 feet, but up an incline, through/over some large rocks and tree stumps, that was not on skids and some board rot - just not an easy move. He and his crew took their time, added skids with the appropriate structural fasteners and got the shed moved smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend Tom and his team!!!!
