They came and looked at our unit and said it would need to be replaced because they could not get parts. They never called or returned. I tried to contact them a couple of times, but was not able to get them and they never came back. That was weeks ago. We have been without heat all of this time and now have a different company who is going to fix it replacing the parts, not the entire unit. I have never given anyone a single star review...until today.
I called Tuesday July 2nd. They said they would be able to service my equipment the following Monday. Never showed up. Call them Tuesday the 9th. Lady said she would have him call me and see what happened. Never called. Repeat the same thing the following day. Don’t waste your time they are no shows x 3!!
We have rental houses and do a lot of business with them.. they’re the first call we make when we have a problem.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked at. These guys are whack. They do not recover Refrigeration like professionals. They release all the toxic Refrigeration chemicals into the air because they are too lazy to do the job properly and recover the refrigerant like a true professional to be in compliance with the EPA. They will not vacuum down your system when doing a change out. Because it takes too much time out of their day. I truly feel sorry for all the customers that these guys have ripped off.
