I called this afternoon about getting a starter replaced. They came within an hour, and got my car fixed right away. The mechanic, who I believe was named Brandon, was super kind and communicative.

Unprofessional to say the least. They will make an appointment to come and diagnose tour vehicle and they will not show up nor have the decency to call you or send you a message. If you call the number it will ring on end. Definitely reporting to the BBB.

I called Brandon last minute and he still managed to come out later that evening after already working two other jobs that day. I told him I needed the car ready by the next day, and he worked tirelessly until midnight to replace and fix my A/C compressor. He kept his word, charged a fair price, and got the job done right. A/C is now blowing cold. Super reliable, professional, and dedicated. Highly recommend if you need someone who truly comes through.

Brandon did a phenomenal job! I started out needing a diagnostics and ended up getting 2 oil changes as well. Would definitely recommend and he knows his stuff.

I asked this person a reasonable question, which was around what time of the day I could expect him to arrive (not an exact time due to the nature of his job). He stopped replying. A professional response is all that was required. That is completely unprofessional.
