Kasey and her team at Maintenance Matters are incredible! In a time when restaurants are struggling with all sorts of staffing issues MM comes along at the perfect time to bring our management team some much needed relief. They are the one stop shop for all of our building maintenance and cleaning projects. Maintenance Matters has been amazing and very knowledgeable and professional in their service. Kasey has been fantastic to work with and gives so much back to the community as well. They’re honest and professional always.
They charge by the hour. Be careful, they add extra time to the job (any emails or phone calls are included). What was a 20 minute job was charged at two hours and thirty-nine minutes. If charging for driving to and from Crystal Lake location, it shouldn't have been more than a one and a half hour charge.
