I am very happy for the service that I had received from M2EASY. The price was right. The workmanship was very professional and clean. The technicians were very very nice and polite and they showed up at my house on time.They answer all my questions regarding the job. I will call this company again when I need it and I recommend M2EASY to everybody who needs some home-maintenance work.
Mr. ***** appeared very unconcerned, unfriendly and non thankful for the business I hired from him in obtaining a handyman for light home repairs. After first calling him, he told me to wait for a lady to call me for a service date and time, When no call was received, I called him back and he gave excuses for me not hearing from her. Mr. A****** did contact me at 9:30 am on the 1/18/18 and asked if I could help him. We spoke on the phone for almost 45 minutes about his repair issues. I did tell him I would have our office call him later that same day to schedule once we had a tech to assign to his job. Mr. A****** called me back after 2 hours and said he had not heard from us so I personally called the tech and scheduled him for same day service.
