We hired Robert and his team to replace the 28 year old siding on our house. These 3 men did an amazing job transforming the exterior of our home. Every aspect of the job is above expectations. They removed old siding and repaired any structural issues behind the walls before adding exterior board, Tyvex wrap and Hardie board.The detail work at the windows, soffits, and edging is perfect. I called many companies to get an quote for a siding repair and Robert was the first company that did not use salespeople to pitch the project. Very impressed that the company owner came out to give me a quote and was able to answer any and all questions about the project. He provided a great price and delivered an end result that was even better. I highly recommend Robert and his company.

Robert and his crew did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters on our home. They were on time, professional, on budget and I cannot find one single flaw in the work they did for us. They also did my son's house and my Mother in Law's home in Richardson. Same response from them. I would definitely recommend Robert and his crew for anything on your house.

I contacted Robert expecting just a simple siding repair but I am amazed at the work they have done on my home. The Maintenance Free Exteriors crew replaced all of the siding on my home along with installing new windows on the lower level. Robert was present every step of the process and helped explain everything to me in layman's terms which was pleasantly different from the construction jargon I have received from companies in the past.
