Maintenance Chef has been fantastic, professional and timely in meeting our requests for service and repairs. They maintain and service all of our roof top HVAC units, walk in freezer, kitchen appliances, down draft paint booth, refrigerated pit equipment and car haulers. I have had Maintenance Chef work on almost every piece of equipment in my kitchen for the past 7 yrs. With an old kitchen serving 500 meals a day, things are bound to break down. Maintenance Chef has been there not only to repair my equipment but also to preform my routine maintenance. The repair man always gives me detailed information on what is wrong and my repair options and costs. This company has always been honest and up front with me. I would recommend this company to any business big or small.

dishonest and misleading business. Making multiple service calls charging each time and ordering parts without my consent. Fixed ice machine paid over $800 and within a couple of weeks broke again. On website states warranty at no cost to customer but charged me an additional $1500. Did refund for part ordered without my consent after complaining but still charged an additonal $800 and appliance was never fixed. Our technician went out to this location and found that this ice machine was an older unit and had been neglected and needed a deep cleaning. The customer agreed and scheduled a time for our technician to return to do the deep cleaning. Once the machine was cleaned our technician was able to accurately test it and found that it needed a thermistor. He ordered the part and returned when the part arrived to install it. I just had this company come out to my place of business to service my Wells machine and it was the most horrible experience I ever had in my entire life. First off they advertise for 24 hours service and I could not get an appointment until a week later. We schedule an appointment for the morning and I was told that the driver would contact me within an hour of his arrival. This customer called our office as a new customer. The receptionist explained to her that we had after hours available the same day she called in but she didn’t want to pay the after hours rates. She then agreed to be put on the schedule during regular business hours. The receptionist also explained our new customer policy to her and had her sign a new customer form agreeing to the terms before we went out on the service call (we have this signed document if needed for proof).
