Stay away from this company!! I can't believe they are still in business. They sued us after our remodel was over after charging us for fake change orders. They bid our job, then piled change order after change order that was in the original bid. They basically charged us twice what we thought this project would be. My husband was a former Microsoft employee and Mike Royal thought we were made of money and did what he could to take advantage of us. It was a horrible experience.
Very unhappy with their service. We had a water leak from our bathtub and got it fixed from them. We got multiple invoices to pay at the end. One of them was immediate response dispatch or something that they came out to investigate what happened. The other invoice was to come out to fix the problem. Some jobs were included on both invoices, so pretty much felt like I am paying twice for some of the jobs.
