I am Not 🚫 exactly sure how all this works to be honest, but the process was AMAZING. I live in an apartment building and had a minor maintenance problem. Staff made me aware of a QR code posted near my apartment door that goes directly to maintenance should there be an issue. I was like here goes nothing, I scanned the QR code on my phone and it took me directly to an entry screen where I could report the problem.
