Great app and it worked well for what I needed. I actually liked using MaintainX. Unfortunately, the sales follow-up became frustrating. I received around five phone calls from a representative repeatedly asking if I wanted to purchase a subscription. After being contacted every few days, I eventually told him I was going to delete the app and close my account. The software itself was good, but the repeated sales calls ultimately pushed me away from the product. I would have continued using it otherwise.

I am Not 🚫 exactly sure how all this works to be honest, but the process was AMAZING. I live in an apartment building and had a minor maintenance problem. Staff made me aware of a QR code posted near my apartment door that goes directly to maintenance should there be an issue. I was like here goes nothing, I scanned the QR code on my phone and it took me directly to an entry screen where I could report the problem.
