Jet Couriers. Had to close our account. We are located in Lodi maybe 5 mins away. We have an electric pallet jack and it simply stopped working. Two years ago we paid $2400 to replace two batteries and some screws. $325 for a rental. $1000 for a emergency button repair. This time we asked them if they can come by to have a look. $364 for a tech to come for 5 mins to only tell us we need to send it to their warehouse to further inspect. First time here and I had read about the blindside backing into the dock…well… the young man there was as good as people say! I think his name was Ken or Kent… I will find out to make sure he gets the credit he deserves. Nice job and your company is fortunate to have you there. Keep up the great work and thank you!

These guys are awesome for delivery. The earlier you get here, the better it is. Blindside into the dock, but Ken is great at backing you in. I did it without a spotter in a sleeper so it’s not that bad. Ask them to remove all nails and braces after delivering. Took about 1 hour for unload 1 forklift.

Called customer service for a forklift repair. No start/no crank condition. Technician spent about an hour diagnosing the problem. Blamed spark plugs. Problem was not fixed. Another technician came on a different day. Followed advice of the previous technician - started looking for a spark problem. No other direction. Blamed spark plugs not being right. Eventually left.
