Sent a technician that did not speak a word of english. Did not get the worked completed. They sent a second technician that was good. Gave us no consideration for the first call. Paid the full $823.00 Trash company. Never again. I don't need a response on this review. You had your chance to do what is right.

A quick note on how awesome Kaizar was in hooking up everything for our kitchen reno. He took his time and rechecked his worked many times for each stage of the work, making sure that there were no leaks. He was also super friendly, approachable, and professional in his work. We enjoyed having him here in our home. We will definitely have Maintain Mechanical Inc. do our next plumbing project.

These guys were our condo managements "preferred contractor" but as many others have stated I would avoid them based solely on their material mark-ups. Astronomical! a simple basic thermostat that I could get from amazon was installed and charged over 100% mark up on it on top of the minimum labor charge.

Had a great experience with Maintain Mechanical. Kaizar was very friendly to work with, arrived early, and was quite knowledgeable. We appreciated his honesty and transparency when working. I would recommend him for sure!
