We had a concern with a clogged toilet in a condo complex. Mike Davies was the service technician who dealt with us and we cannot recommend Mike and Maintain Mechanical any more positively. Mike is a total professional. He was courteous, patient and most efficient. He used all measures to diagnose our problem and in the process educated my wife and me on the entire plumbing problem we were experiencing. They charged me way too much what I expected, I leaving At condominium my AC was not working and I called maintain mechanical, before I book appointment I was double checked they can get key access to roofing to AC outdoor machine, the lady who unsure my phone call said they can get key, I booked 8am, the technician came to my unit at 7:48 am he got key at 11:20am, spent 3 hours 30 minutes to looking for the keys and take 2 hours to fixed AC and left my unit at 1:25pm , they charged me 6 hours 30. Maintain Mechanical provided extremely unprofessional service and no accountability with their work. I would not trust them with any advice on plumbing services as they are only interested in high pressure sales tactics. My condo management company worked with this company due to contractual constraints, which unfortunately I did not have a say in.
