Our condo board in YYC just signed on with Maintain Mechanical. Their procedure for booking service calls and the way they communicate including their invoicing.... a huge step up from our past provider. So far so good with Maintain Mechanical. They had to reschedule a service call recently, first time our condo board has ever received 24 hours notice... a nice change!
