Because of Mainstreet, my dad enjoyed an active and independent lifestyle after living alone in his home. After each visit, I left knowing he was in a safe place surrounded by friendly residents and compassionate staff. I will always have fond memories of Mainstreet. It was the perfect place for my dad to transition to senior living.
Everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful, cheerful and capable. Sarah was willing to work with me regarding my long-distance move and made it possible to move to Mainstreet Village with no problems. Chris from Maintenance came within 24 hours and got my bathroom customized. Janet at the front desk has been super helpful with my packages. I am very happy to be here.
The resident ambassador was incredibly warm and welcoming. As for the staff, any question I asked her was met with annoyance. I was very excited about potentially working at this facility, but my first impression based off that interaction was terrible.

Our mother lived in the Assisted Living unit and Memory care for the past 8 years. The staff and care is amazing making her last 8 years a caring loving environment.
