The salesman was good to work with, but ownership is not. They sold me a truck with internal engine damage in November. The check engine light came on the day after I purchased. It has been 4 months of denial, broken promises and avoiding my calls and emails. I had two engine shops and a Ford dealership diagnose it and they still deny the problem. They have had my truck for nearly three weeks in the last 4 months. This is the most frustrating car buying experience I have ever had.
