Best gym in Alabama!! They have newest equipment, wonderful staff and awesome strength coaches.
I mean its alright if your looking for a friendly and clean place to use to meet your fitness goals. It doesn't have that overcrowded feel to it that some gyms have. You know the gyms where you are so rushed to get on the equipment before someone takes it from you, and then you end up laying in someones puddle of sweat...yea, sorry, your not gonna find that here if thats what your looking for, the staff keeps it to clean for that.
