The staff are always courteous. Service is conducted in a timely manner & physician/PA has always been very knowledgeable and diagnosed/treated reason for visit symptom(s) with correct medication for timely full recovery. .

I took my friend to the Urgent Care. She had an appointment and told me there would be a wheelchair in the lobby for her to use. When we got there I used the kiosk to say - my friend has an appointment in 5 minutes and we need a wheelchair please. No response. I waited 20 min and NO HELP. Meanwhile my friend had a UTI and needed to use the restroom. I knocked on the door and finally a woman came out with a wheelchair. I had to help my friend get to the restroom. Very professional staff and timely service.
Waited for an hour in the waiting room even though I had a scheduled appointment for the time I arrived and waited around an hour in the dr room and 30 minutes of actual examination.
