I had a very frustrating experience at this urgent care. I drove approximately 30 minutes to this employer's preferred location for a required blood draw and waited about two hours, only to leave without the test being completed. Kendell, the tech who assisted me, was kind and clearly trying his best. He appeared to be relatively new, and I even tried to share a few techniques I've learned to help make the draw easier.
