Fast and friendly service. Everyone listened to my issues and was eager to help.
Staff was friendly and helpful. it was an easy process. They did not rush appointment and took time to listen. Very clean and neat facility. Glad to have an urgent care so. close to home and not have to drive miles away.
Staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in they run and hide. Was told it would be $30 to add my insurance card to my account which doesn’t make sense since I had never been there. With all the negative reviews about bad billing and bad staff I decided to leave and go to Urgent Care in Asheboro. Save a trip go someplace else!
