Destyani & Halie were amazing!
First time visit this afternoon and everything went great. Check in at the kiosk was fast and waited 5 minutes at the most. It was amusing that you had to pay right there at the kiosk. It's like you can't leave because we have your money. Anyway, the young lady that took my information and blood pressure was fast and efficient. NP Halie was sympathetic and also efficient. It is reassuring to have an urgent care so close with such a good team and in and out quickly.😊
I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me right away with virtually no waiting around. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me feel better. The staff made the whole process quick and easy, while still taking the time to listen and make sure I got the care I needed.
