I have never had a bad experience there. Whether it be for complicated or simple things it is always quick, and convenient, without having to sacrifice quality care. Destyani is so patient and kind, she helped to ease my daughters nerves and continued to keep her in good spirits throughout the appointment. I can't recommend her enough, she listened to mine as well as my child's concerns without being dismissive and encouraged her she was able to do hard things. 10/10 would always recommend.
Halie and Taleayah were wonderful and patient with my daughter.
Halie NP and Taleayah MA were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to get to the bottom of what is going on. Will definitely be back as long as they are there.
I arrived sick as a dog today. There isn't anyone to talk to until you fill out your information on their dirty kiosk. Being sick and barely able to think, I didn't want to touch it. Since I've been there before I figured I could speak to a nurse instead of filling out all of the legnthy information asked . I was met with a septum wearing, rude woman that told me that the only way I could be seen is to go through their BS process and that I'm the ONLY person that has ever complained about it.
