Super fast service. My daughter needed a sports physical. We were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner was wonderful and the nurse was amazing.
Went there to get a tetanus shot after stepping on a metal object. Was told they didn't have and tetanus available and didn't want to look at the enjury. So I had to go to Valdese for the tetanus shot. A very disappointing and non- caring place to go for health care

Took immediate care of the issue I was having. Haley was knowledgeable and caring. Will definitely come back if urgent care is needed.
This place is awful. You can not reach anyone on the phone . You have to check in on a tablet once you get there and no one is there at the desk to help you. I have went a few times for myself or my children and was only offered a steroid shot as a cure for multiple diagnosis. I assume that it is also not covered by insurance as they keep sending me a text saying I owe extra money . I tried to call and ask what the charges were for but the rude lady that finally answered said she “ don’t work in billing” . I would avoid this... read more
