I had a long wait, but this sweet lady was swamped with an office full of sick people. When she finally was able to get to me, she took her time and patience to check me out. She not only gave me instructions to help me take care of myself but sent those in my patient portal. She shows professional, compassion and a good listening ear. Thank you, Dr Kennedy!
We were seen quickly and received great medical care!
Several hours after I left MainStreet my prescription wasn’t sent to my pharmacy. After numerous calls to MainStreet my mom got someone on the phone. She was advised that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. She was at the pharmacy at the time and they had not received it. MainStreet then called one of two of the prescriptions in to the pharmacy. I’ve been in the call back cue for a couple of hours waiting for a return call for the second prescription.
