I wish I could give 10 stars but feb13 2026 I was feeling bad so I left to work. They were two female drs ,1 female nurse and a male nurse. They were excellent. Especially the woman nurse. She was so patient with me about me ear. One lady dr did a follow up on my ear turns out I have another ear infection with a cold. They ask would I like a shot for the pain from my ear. I said yes. The male nurse stuck me with a needle. He was quick fast effective, efficient.. thank you all for help.

The person I saw was very professional. However trying to get to see that person is a nightmare. Everything is so digitized it’s ridiculous. When you are sick you want a person to help you not a computer.
Do not recommend this urgent care….would have been seen quicker and more efficiently at the ER. Waiting 2 hours to be seen is ridiculous. Received a text that there was an emergency in the clinic when clearly there wasn’t(I was sitting there the whole time).Staff members sitting around on cell phones when you are finally called back. Paid $50 for a waste of time.
Easy check in, hardly no wait time, plus the staff was super friendly and caring. I will be back there in the future if need too.
