Complete waste of time and money. I came in sick as a dog, no voice, throat looks like a war zone and they sent me out without antibiotics after a few swab tests. They took a test that takes a more that a week to get back before they begin to address what I know is a bacterial infection. I know my body. So I get to sit here sick for a week, out of work, making no money waiting for a test to come back before they will prescribe the proper medication to actually heal my sickness. This is how a walk in clinic is supposed to work. All I can say is amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great care and service from the staff.
Brought my niece in to be seen because of being sick. Couldn't get a verification code to make appt online. Went into the office and spoke to a girl that said we would have to use the kiosk and we explained to her that it would not send us a code for the visit. She then told us that she didnt have anything to do with the kiosk and that we could ask for help on the kiosk. We then had to register all over again just to be seen.
