Fast and friendly.
Made an appointment online for 9:30 on a Saturday. Get there a couple minutes after 9:00am. Lobby has no employees just a kiosk to take your payment before anything. No one to ask about wait time, how many people are ahead of you or anything. It was over an hour and half before I even saw one employee that came out to get someone out of the lobby. Sat in the lobby till 11:30 when I finally got called back, was another 1.5 hours till I saw someone (not even a doctor), said I had the flu, gave me a Prescription. So 30 minutes ... read more

(Thursday March 20) I wish I could honestly give zero stars because the experience was so bad. First off, I had a scheduled appointment at 9:15-9:30. Checked in, waited a good 35-40 mins. In my time in the waiting room, a lady came in requesting to speak to someone (of course there’s no one working a front desk, just on a virtual screen).
