I have always been treated well there when I take my granddaughter it is very clean and they seem to be very knowledgeable and want to help
Treatment was fine, but waited over 1 1/2 hours after appointment time to be seen. Same thing happened when I went there last summer.
Very poor service wait time was not to bad but I was left in the exam room well over an hour. Never saw a physician, I saw a nurse practitioner for less than 5 minutes then she disappeared never to be seen again. Then I had a med tech come by to say she needed to mix my antibiotic it will take 3 to 5 minutes 20 minutes later she showed back up with by shot. A great example of customer no service
Today you were very busy, but you got me in as soon as you could. Everyone is professional, friendly. A highly recommend MainStreet family care.
