Impossible to get staff out of their chair from behind the door to assist with anything. Receptionist actually requested me to announce what specific test results I was waiting for over the intercom, expecting me to give PHI in the presence of a lobby full of awaiting patients. I had to demand that she come to the door. This was a week after no correspondence from the office post visit. Absolutely nothing noted, not even an office visit in the patient portal. Very unprofessional!!
