First visit to Main Street family care located in Centre Alabama. I was very pleased with the ease and speed that I received treatment. Brook, Malaya, and Stacey were very professional and able to answer any and all concerns. I would highly recommend anyone needing a primary care or emergency care physician to visit this location?
I used to love this place. Until they FLAT OUT LIED to me. I went for back pain back in June of 2026. At the end of my appointment the NP came in my room with a back brace and told me that she looked it up and my insurance would cover it. I took it with me even tho it was too small. 3 months later they charged my debit card without my consent for $314.07 for the back brace that my insurance in fact DID NOT cover. The facility was very clean. The staff members were very kind. professional and precise. They apologized several times for having to wait. We never felt like we were waiting unnecessarily. I felt like my husband received amazing care. This particular location and staff were amazing and I recommend to anyone.
